Add Admin Permissions to User ESS CSS VSS

User is missing admin rights in either ESS, CSS, or VSS

• Employee Self Service

• ESS

• Citizen Self Service

• CSS

• Vendor Self Service

• VSS

• User Administration

• Administrator

User needs admin rights but was never assigned permission or somehow lost permissions

1. Navigate to self service website

2. Sign in as an administrator 

3. Navigate to User Administration

4. Search for user that needs administrator permissions

5. Click on the user

6. Check off all necessary admin permissions

7. Switch to the Administrator tab

8. Check off all necessary admin permissions here as well

9. Click Save
