Assets Mobile or Inventory Mobile APK file wont install 

Context

  • Assets Mobile 

  • Inventory Mobile 

Cause

Allow app installations from Unknown Sources setting is disabled for the app 

Resolution

Enable Allow installations from Unknown Sources for the app: 

  1. Select Apps & Notifications 

  2. Select Advanced 

  3. Tap on Special app access 

  4. Scroll down and tap on Install unknown apps 

  5. Tap on the App you want to allow 

  6. Toggle on Allow from this source
