When working in Non-Production environment there is no environment identified at top of page.

Cause
No environment has been listed in System Settings
Resolution
From Tyler Menu, select System Administration > General Administration > System Settings
Select Update from top banner
In the Name field, add |ENVIRONMENT|
Select Accept
