A posted GRV entry shows in both Journal Inquiry/Print and within Unused Journal Numbers Browse

Unused Journal number function doesn't pull correct data

Unused journal number report contains entries for journals that actually did post

Unused journal number report does not contain journal numbers for reversal and/or change period journals that were not posted

Work ticket MUN-477659 is open with development to address this issue.

Additional Information

This scenario occurs when a reversal or modification journal has been created and assigned a journal number, only to be cancelled by selecting search instead of posting. To avoid this, if a reversal or modification is started, but not needed, close and reopen the program.
