Description of Issue

  • Trying to export all records in Position control to Excel

  • Error exporting to excel

  • Step 8 not found for Group 2104/Grade MAP

Cause

There is a discrepancy between the Salary Data tab on the Position Control record and the Salary Table associated with that Group B/U

Resolution

  • Review the Salary Data Tab for the positions under the specific group b/u mentioned in the error

  • Make sure the Max Step on the Salary Tab of the Position matches the Max Step on the Salary Table associated with the Group B/U
