How to begin using the eCivis Export program

Description of Issue

I see the eCivis Export program located at:

  • Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History.

How do I begin using this program to integrate with eCivis?

Resolution

Professional Services will need to be contacted in order to write a SQL script needed to integrate EERP with eCivis. 

After logging in at the Munis Support page  https://www.tylertech.com/client-support/munis-support 

  1.   Select the option for Access Community
  2.   Select  Submit a Request for Quote on the right hand side. Follow the specifications of the RFQ document and then this is submitted directly to the Professional Services Team
