Receiving the message Records cover more than one cycle. Please re-select and try again. while attempting to generate Omitted Bills.

The Omitted Bills program can only generate bills for one year and cycle combination at a time. All records selected for further processing must belong to the same year and cycle. There are multiple records selected for further processing and one or some of the records have a different cycle than the others. 

1. Navigate to the Omitted Bills program either by searching or via the following path: Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Assessor Processing and Reports > Omitted Bills

2. Click Search. 

3. Click Accept.

4. Click Set Further. 

5. Review the records with a checkmark that have been selected for further processing. Verify that the Year and Cycle are the same for all selected records. 

   1. To un-select a record, click the record to highlight it. 

   2. Click Uncheck. 

   3. Repeat steps a and b for as many records as necessary. 

6. One all selected records are within the same Year and Cycle click Back. 

7. Attempt to Further Process again. The error should clear.
