Description of Issue

When trying to install a package in Tyler Deploy under Product Deployment > Munis ERP > Tasks > Install Professional Services Package, I receive the error: Custom Code Package not found!

Context
  • Tyler Deploy
  • MUN
  • Custom package
Cause

Custom MUN is not yet available for install, or the package is not a custom MUN.

Resolution
  • If this is a custom MUN meant to be released only for your site, please reach out to the contact who provided the custom MUN number.
  • If this is a generic MUN number provided by Tyler support, please install under applicable Munis ERP release
