Deduction missing from the payroll

Description of Issue

HSA Deduction Stopped for employee number XXXXXX

Context
  • Enterprise ERP Payroll

  • Payroll Processing

  • Employee Deductions

Cause

Active box unchecked in Employee Deductions prior to the payroll be processed

Resolution

To process this deduction going forward, check the Active box

  1. Open Employee Deductions (Payroll > Employee Maintenance > Employee Deductions)

  2. Search for the current deduction for the employee

  3. Click Update > check the Active box > click Accept

Additional Information

Can see when the Active box was unchecked by clicking on View History in Employee Deductions to see when Field pred_active was changed.
