Error prevents issuing pick tickets: There are items with unbalanced quantities. Order cannot be issued

Inventory Management

• Item on pick ticket was manually updated and has a different Shipped value than the Ordered value

• The Shipped value must equal the Ordered value if the BackOrdered value is zero

Correct the Shipped and Ordered values or populate the BackOrdered value:

• Update Shipped value to equal the Ordered value

• Update BackOrdered value to be the difference of the Shipped and Ordered values
