Cannot find Purchase Order Missing PO

A Requisition was converted to a Purchase order, and the Requisition lists a PO Number, but that specific PO number cannot be found in Purchase Order Entry, Inquiry, Change orders or Purchase order central. That PO number also doesn't exist in SQL at the database level.

User error or undiagnosed EERP defect

1. Typically, a user may have deleted the Purchase Order in the Purchaser Order Entry program. This would completely remove it from the system

2. The account should be double-checked to make sure the Purchase Order that is missing does not have a journal affecting encumbrances

3. If that is the most probable reason for the PO missing, then the Requisition or Purchase Order can be re-created in the Requisitions or Purchase Order Entry program
