Earnings and Deductions Proof Report - Total Teachers

On my final proof it shows the following.  Where does this come from?  Total Teachers: 3

• Enterprise ERP Payroll

• Payroll Processing

• Earnings and Deductions Proof

• Final Proof Report

• Detail Proof Report

• Job Class Master

This shows the count of employees in the payroll that have pay for a Job Class where the Teacher box is checked.

Can get a list of the Job Classes that are checked as Teachers.

1. Access Job Class Master (Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Setup > Job Class Master)

2. Click Search

3. Check the box for Teacher

4. Click Accept > click Browse > click Excel to get list of Job Classes checked as Teacher

Can run the Detail Proof by Location or Location Range to narrow down which Location(s) have pays with Job Classes checked as Teachers Run Final Proof or Detail Proof report by Location in Payroll Processing

Can use Global Access to Pays and search by Job Class Code to see if there are records for specific Job Classes How to find which employees were paid from a specific Job Class code in payroll - Global Access to Pays
