Routes for AWS Hosting

Description of Issue

What routes need to be added or whitelisted for AWS hosting?

Context
  • Enterprise ERP

  • E-ERP

  • Time and Attendance

  • TA

  • Enterprise Permit and Licensing

  • EPL

  • Content Manager

  • TCM

  • Cashiering

  • TCa

  • Tyler System Management

  • TSM

  • Software as a Service

  • SaaS

  • Amazon Web Services

  • AWS

  • Virtual Private Network

  • VPN

  • Cisco ASA

  • F5

Cause

We are migrating out of Tyler's Datacenter or from being self hosted to hosting in AWS.

Resolution

Tyler clients do not need to add routes for AWS Hosting as they did with Datacenter Hosting in the past. However, they will need to provide Tyler's Deployment Team with External IP address/range of addresses in order for Tyler to restrict direct access to data with Custom Reports.
