Availability Status - Unknown

Description of Issue

When an employee is requesting Time-off, after 24 hours the status reverts from Time-off status to "Unknown"

Resolution

At this time, there is no workaround. Please reach out to Support in order to be notified once this has been addressed by Development in a future build. timeandattendance@tylertech.com

Additional Information

Example:

Wed - I clocked In/Out – my status was marked as “clocked out”
Thu – PTO was requested for two days for the 13th, and the 14th. My status changed to Time-Off.
Fri – PTO is still listed on my time card>Navigate to Supervisor Actions>My status is now “unknown”
