Description of Issue

In Bids Central in Munis, clicking on a Bid number loads a blank white page.

Cause

File formatting changes introduced in MUN 46731 was using the state abbreviation and not the FIPS code.



Resolution

Update to Enterprise ERP v2019.1.22.3092 or later.
