VA Tax Sync removing decals from all vehicles when processing tax corrections

When the county sends tax corrections, the tax sync is removing all the decals from the properties updated.

Incorrect setup

1. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > VA > Tax Settings

2. From the Ribbon, select Additional Settings

3. Click Update

4. From the Other grouping, check the box for Receive corrections/subsequents in real time via web services

5. Click Accept, then close the program

6. Navigate to Property Revenues > Property Tax Billing > South > VA > Tax Year Settings

7. Search for the Year, Category, and Cycle to update

8. Click Update

9. Check the box next to Create decals here for web service corrections/supplements

10. Click Accept

Selecting the box Create decals here for web service corrections/supplements will save existing decals when creating corrections and generate new decals when creating supplements via a web service.
