Budget amendment journal not showing

• Cannot find budget amendment journal in Journal Inquiry/Print or Budget Transfers and Amendments.

• BUA is not showing anywhere.

• Unable to find BUA.

• Budget Transfers and Amendments

• Journal Inquiry/Print

• Journal Number Control

Journal was deleted or canceled instead of still being in proof or posted.

Check Journal Number Control program to see if the journal was canceled or deleted.

General Ledger Menu > Miscellaneous Set Up > Journal Number Control

1. Click Search and enter Fiscal year

2. Accept

3. Select Unused Journals and scroll results
