Single Overtime to Comp Time Conversion applying to multiple entries when shift differential rule is applied

The issue is that if there are multiple lines of overtime split off a regular / cio transction created by a shift differential rule and an employee attempts to convert OT to Comp the save function will apply the conversion to both OT lines at the same time which means that partial conversions cannot be correctly done. The conversion is only correctly calculated if the maximum amount of time is converted.
