Bill Type not selectable in Delinquent Taxpayer Report

• Cannot select a specific Bill Type in the Delinquent Taxpayer Report. 
• Bill Types missing for selection in the Delinquent Taxpayer Report. 
• Delinquent Taxpayer Report only has some Bill Types. 
• Delinquent Taxpayer Report has no Bill Types.

A Tax Year Setting or Settings is missing from the Current Collection Year. 

Resolution for Category 20 - Real Estate (RE) and Category 25 - Personal Property (PP):

1. The Delinquent Taxpayer Report determines the selectable Bill Types by first looking at the Current Collection Year in Tax Settings: Determine the Current Collection Year in Tax Settings
2. It then selects the available Bill Types from Tax Year Settings for the Current Collection Year. Copy the previous Tax Year Settings to the Current Collection Year to make the Bill Types selectable in the Delinquent Taxpayer Report: Copy or Duplicate a Tax Year Setting
