DocOrigin Forms not archiving to Content Manager

Description of Issue

During Forms process images are not processing to Content Manager but other processes such as physically printing and email are working as expected

Cause

We are still working with customers that were impacted by the 'tcmadmin' password updates over the past weekend. For more information on the Content Manager Credential update: RE: Content Manager Credentials Update 

This issue is complex considering it involves multiple integrating products. 
Reprocessing of any failed DocOrigin Forms jobs involves a manual effort that requires support intervention.
We understand this is a critical process for our customers and appreciate everyone's patience as we work through each issue. 


Resolution
  • If you have not created a support case and are experiencing issues with Doc Origin forms not archiving, please create a case with our EERP Forms Support team.

  • If you already have a case created please know that we will assist you in correcting this as quickly as we can.

  • Servers do not need to be rebooted and we suggest leaving your 'tcmadmin' password as is until we have connected to reprocess any failed Forms jobs for DocOrigin.
