Accounting Entries shows Org Obj fields instead of long account

• Accounting Entries displays Org/Object format if User Attributes has lowercase l instead of L in Account entry method under the Attributes tab.

• Programs other than Accounting Entries display long account fields for the user.

• Update the Account entry method to L instead of l in User Attributes under the Attributes tab.

• Current versions of EERP do not allow proceeding if entering l instead of L for Account entry method in User Attributes.

System Administration> Security> User Attributes

1. In User Attributes, click Search and enter user criteria or use Browse to select a user.

2. Click on the Attributes tab.

3. Select the line that shows Account entry method (required) under the Attributes column.

4. Underneath the Attributes list, click Update. 

5. Change the l to L.

6. Accept twice.
