Sign Out button reverts to Profile Button

Description of Issue

This is just a visual error. After clicking on the help Icon it looks like the Omnibar reverts to its default state which is to have the Profile and Sign Out buttons. The function of these buttons still works correctly. clicking on Profile signs you out, and clicking on Sign Out takes you to the reset password page.
