Move To Payroll Button Not Selectable In Time and Attendance

Description of Issue
When attempting to move the hours to the payroll system, the button Move to Payroll is grey and not selectable.
Context
- ExecuTime
- Time & Attendance
- Move to Payroll
Cause
The button is not selectable if another process is running in the back end either by already having clicked Move to Payroll or using the Time History Processing Tool.
Resolution
In order to allow the button to be selected again:
A restart of the Time & Attendance application will have to be preformed in order to reset the process in the back end.
