Time Entry Import Option Missing



Description of Issue

Import option is missing from top ribbon menu in Time Entry.

Cause

User does not have Payroll Superuser access or does not have PRT Workflow Business Rule.



Resolution

Update user to have Payroll Superuser access.

  1. Access Roles (System Administration > Security > Roles).

  2. Search for one of the user's Roles.

  3. On the Module View tab, click HR Management / Payroll.

  4. Click Update.

  5. Set Payroll Superuser to at least Restricted to Location.

Setup PRT Workflow Business Rule for user.

  1.  Access Workflow Business Rules (Munis > Human Capital Management > Payroll > Payroll Administration > Human Resources/Payroll Workflow Administration>  Business Rules).

  2. Click Add.

    1. Input PRT in Process.

    2. Input user in Approver(s).

      1. If user is not in the drop down, user needs to be promoted to a workflow approver.

    3. Input 0 in Step.

    4. Input NOT - Notification Only in Type.

    5. Input Notify in Rule Type.

  3. Click Accept.
