Description of Issue
User not in Approver(s) drop down in Workflow Business Rules.
How to add someone to the approvers list so that I can select them when establishing business rules

Workflow Business Rule
Cause
User is not promoted to be a Workflow Business Rule Approver.
Resolution
Follow the steps below to make a user a Workflow Approver.
Access User Attributes (Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes).
Click Search, and search for the user.
Click Workflow Detail tab.
Click Promote.
Click Yes on the prompt.
