How Can I See What Benefits Are Importing Into Time and Attendance Via The Integration



Description of Issue

A benefit balance is not updating into Time & Attendance, how can this be reviewed?

Cause



Resolution

In order to view what we are receiving from the payroll system:

Navigate to System Configuration

Select Tyler Integration

Select Integration Audit

In the Search field type in the employee number and hit enter (This will provide a filter for just the employee to review)

Select the down arrow to review the Response Received from the payroll system which will include all benefit types that we are importing into Time & Attendance.
