Cause








Resolution
  1. In each Munis open tab, press the back button in the Munis application until the screen is back in the hub screen 

  2. While In the hub page, Click X in each tab to close the open tab

  3. Confirm that there are no tabs open

  4. In a new tab, Launch the Cashiering application  




Additional Information

If closing all  Munis tabs doesn't work, confirm user has permission to post outside of current year period or the new fiscal year in Munis and Cashiering Â
