Description of Issue

When a cashier is processing a transaction over $10,000, the following warning message appears:

Cash Tender transactions in excess of $10,000 require an IRS form 8300 to be completed.

Cause




Resolution

Click Ok on the pop-up. The cashier should then be able to proceed with the payment normally. There is no place within Cashiering to turn this pop-up on or off.
