This was recently rolled out to all Cashiering Environments, version 2021.9



Resolution

Cashiering Support is working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue. We are in contact with Development to have the icon removed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Tyler University Question mark appeared and is blocking the Pay Now function within Cashiering.
