Maryland Liens Show Bills button does not properly Create and Post manually added Category 22 Bills

When manually creating or adding Category 22 Tax Sale Bills and Fees through the Show Bills button within the Liens program, the bill batch does not fully post.

Unable to Update or Delete Category 22 Bill Charge Codes through the Lien Show Bills button.

This has been resolved in 2021.9 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version. 

The Lien Show Bills button can be used as a secondary option to create Category 22 bills. However, the preferred method to create Tax Sale category 22 Bills is to use the Tax Sale Assess Fees program. The Assess Fees program should also be used to add subsequent Fees to existing Category 22 Bills.
