Tyler Hub displaying the below error when attempting to launch it

Server Error in '/' Application.
The system cannot find the file specified

Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified

Context

Cause

The Tyler Hub SQL server service failed to start following a reboot, resulting in server errors on the Tyler Hub website.

Please create a case with TSM Saas for further assistance in the Support Portal
