Resolution

Manually access the profile manager

  1. Navigate to https://<ClientIdentifier>.tylerportico.com/portal/workforce-profile/home in a web browser

    1. If you do not know your Client Identifier, please contact TSM support

  2. Sign in with Okta Credentials

From Tyler application

  1. Navigate to any page of a Tyler Application with Omnibar at the top

  2. Click the Profile circle on the top right hand corner of the page

  3. Click Profile to be taken to the Profile Manager
