Misc Cash Import program is not advancing batches out of initial status

• Payment batches are stuck in initial status when processed in Miscellaneous Cash Payment Import.

• Misc cash import batches are not going to released status.

• Misc cash import batches are not releasing into workflow.

• Hitting Output-proc in Misc Cash Payments Import does not process the batch.

Development is researching the issue. The batches can be processed from Payment Entry once imported in Misc Cash Import as a workaround.
