Users in Child Domain Unable to Connect to Cashiering
Description of Issue
We have users in a child domain that need to connect to Cashiering, but Cashiering is hosted on a server in the parent domain. When the users attempt to connect to Cashiering, they get: The Server Could Not Be Contacted

Cause
There is a firewall separating the two domains
Resolution
Open port 443 on the firewall.
