Printing ReadyForms gives PDF Error 129: Invaild encryption key

When printing with ReadyForms, a page is printed that contains the following error message: PDF Error 129: Invaild encryption key

• ReadyForms
• Enterprise Forms
• Munis
• Enterprise ERP

ReadyForms template output type is PDF and not PCL

To resolve this error, the output type should be changed from PDF to PCL

1. Log in to EERP(Munis) then navigate to Tyler Menu > ReadyForms > ReadyForms Administration
   • ReadyForms can also be launched by using the ReadyForms URL provided on the site report.
2. Navigate to the applicable form from the left-hand menu of form types, select a ReadyForms template that is in a PDF format
3. Click on Output Type, and select PCL.
4. Press the Save button.
