How to display latest approver on PAF Enterprise Forms template

The Personnel Action Forms(PAF) with Enterprise Forms (ReadyForms) is printing the first approver of a PAF rather than the most recent approver.

The standard Enterprise Forms PAF template contains toggles that manage how data appears on a form which can get modified or managed by site admins.

To set the PAF form to show the latest approver when processed/printed, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Enterprise Forms Template Configuration Page (ReadyForms Template Configuration Page) and open the PAF template(s) that needs the change

2. In this page, navigate to the Form Design tab

3. Scroll down until you reach the Use Latest Approval toggle, switch that toggle on, and click Save

Once that toggle is turned on, the latest approver of the PAF will show up on the form instead of first approver.

Please note, if multiple templates are set up (ie. one for printing, one for archiving/emailing, etc.), follow these steps for each template where you'd like the description fields to appear.
