Errors in Setup Center, Field Work, Asset Registry, and Work Manager



Description of Issue
  • Errors in all of the following EAM programs:

    • Field Work – after opening the program

      • Loading work orders failed: An error occurred when searching for work orders. Please see the System Logs for more information.

    • Asset Registry – open any asset record

      • Unexpected Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again. If the error persists, please contact support.

    • Work Manager – after opening program

      • Loading scheduled work orders failed: An exception occurred when loading work orders. Please see the error logs for more details.

    • Setup Center – after opening program

      • Unexpected Error: An unexpected error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again. If the error persists, please contact support.

  • All System Log errors: Invalid column name 'PersonDataSet'
