Create User Defined Codes for PA PIMS Job Class Code Long

User Defined Code records need to be created for all PA PIMS non-PE Job Class Codes.

• Payroll
• Pennsylvania
• PA PIMS Educator Report

Instructional.

To create the codes:

1. Open the User Defined Fields program.
2. Select Codes.
3. Select Add.
4. Enter the Code, Short Description and Long Description for the PA PIMS Job Class Code Long values not equal to PE.
5. Select Accept
6. Repeat Steps 3 & 4 until a record exists for all non-PE Job Class Code Long values.
7. Select Back to return to the User Defined Fields main screen.
