Merging a budget projection results in the original projection disappearing

This is correct functionality. 

Merging a budget projection into another one the original projection will be removed afterwards so that one projection remains with all the appropriate information. 

Both projections being merged need to be for the same type of Funds. Examples: all Standard annual, all Multiyear Life, etc.
