An Unexpected Error Occurred Adding User Attributes

Receives An unexpected error occurred adding User Attribute message when trying to add or edit user attribute record

• Munis

• RBAC

• User Attributes

Roles not assigned properly

1. Log into Munis environment

2. Run System Administration → Miscellaneous Administration → System Update

   1. Click Define Update Options

   2. Enter sprolexp -import in the Utility / Program ID field

3. Click Run System Update

4. Click Yes in the Confirm Action prompt

5. In the Munis version to start loading RBAC entries from: field enter 11.3

6. Click Import

7. Verify user account can be updated
