Update Existing Assigned User Role
Description of Issue
Need to modify, update or change user role permission(s)
Context
- Roles & Permissions
- Modify & Update
- General User Administration
Cause
User has incorrect level of permission and site wants to correct using existing assigned roles.
Resolution
- Browse Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes
- Search
- Enter User ID
- Accept
- Select needed Role
- Edit Role
- Module tab
- Choose needed Module folder
- Update
- Select needed permission Checkbox
- Accept
- Return
- Return
- Reset Files in User Attributes
- Have user test permissions
If user is still getting an error after the above steps have them Reset their menu and retry.Â
