Workaround: Manually key in email tokens

Tokens for AP Checks and PO ReadyForms are below to manually add:

Purchase Orders:

• PURCHASEORDER_NUMBER (Display purchase order number.)
• PURCHASEORDER_TYPE (Display purchase order type.)
• PURCHASEORDER_FISCAL_YEAR (Display purchase order fiscal year.)
• PURCHASEORDER_ORDERED_DATE (Display purchase order department.)
• SHIPTO_FAX (Display ship to fax number.)
• BILLTO_FAX (Display bill to fax number.)
• DELIVERTO_FAX (Display deliver to fax number.)

When they go to use the tokens above they’ll need to add “[*” before the token and “*]” after. For example if they wanted ot use the PURCHASEORDER_NUMBER it would look like [*PURCHASEORDER_NUMBER*] in the subject or message field.
