Save and reuse prior Munis report options

Description of Issue

Need to run a Munis report multiple times with different report options repeatedly (example: YTD Budget Report)
Has to keep updating report options in between each run but cannot reuse them as needed

Resolution

Sites that have Scheduler setup to be used with Munis can schedule job runs of reports with individual selected report options
Example YTD Budget Report Option Execute this report
1. Select At a Scheduled time
2. Complete all needed report options
3. Accept
4. Define need job parameters (Recur, Notify, Output)
5. Select Ok to submit job to the Scheduler Queue.
Allow job to run as scheduled or manually run on demand
1. Browse Munis > System Administration > Scheduler Administration > Scheduler Queue
2. Select needed job
3. Job
4. Run Now
  - Scheduled job will run on demand and once completed next recurrence of job run will remain.
  - Job runs with report options defined at the time it was created.

Additional Information

Schedule Jobs can be run at a defined time and reoccur as needed
Schedule Jobs can be triggered on demand. Just set them up and run when needed.
Scheduled Jobs cannot save as Excel but can save as .txt or .pdf
Any user with Access to Scheduler Queue with permission to see other's jobs can run the job on demand
