Munis Connections Missing Users and Programs
Description of Issue
- Munis Connections sub tab in Diagnostic Utility and Run-Time Information is empty or blank
- Steps provided in How can I see users logged into Munis and the programs they are using are not working
Context
Munis
Cause
Incorrect level of permissions defined for problem user
Resolution
- Browse Munis > System Administration > Security > User Attributes
- Search
- Enter 'User ID'
- Accept
- Effective Permission tab and locate the following:
- Module: System Administration
- Permission: "Allowed to view system detail" needs to be YES
- User will need at least one Munis System module role assigned granting this permission to see the database name and remove error.
Additional Information
If error remains it is an SQL permission issue and the server sites server support team would need to address 'view server state' permission in SQL
