User-Employee field in Work Order Quick Entry is not returning the expected results

Trying to assign a work order in Work Order Quick Entry using the User-Employee field, but field help is displaying every employee instead of just the department's employees

User-Employee field is not used for assigning work orders

Work orders cannot be assigned from the Quick Entry program.  Use one of the following programs instead:

• Work Order Management - On the Main tab in the Other section, use the Assign to field to select Employee and then populate the Employee field with the correct employee.
• Field Work - In the Assignment / Dates section, use the Assigned To field to select Employee and then populate the Assigned Employee field with the correct employee.
• Work Manager - In the Assignment/Dates section, use the Assigned To field to select Employee and then populate the Assigned Employee field with the correct employee.
