Budget Years to View is not limiting columns in budget entry programs

I set the Budget years to view field to 'x', but Next Year Budget Entry is showing columns for 10 years

• Define/Start Budget Projection
• Next Year Budget Entry
• Central Budget Entry

A known defect is resulting in all 10 years of budget columns to populate despite limiting the Budget Years to View option in Define/Start Budget Projection

A master work ticket, MUN-383041, has been created and sent to Development to correct the default columns that are populated in budget entry programs
