Description of Issue

When converting a Service Request to a Work Order selecting a date from the calendar in the Requested Start Date field produces an error: Error in field

Resolution

Install the appropriate work ticket for your version once it's been released:

  • 2021.9.0.0 - MUN-473817
  • 2021.10.0.0 - MUN-473815
  • 2021.11.0.0 - MUN-473816

Workaround: Manually enter in the date to the Requested Start Date field
