Copy max budget level only moves values for NY1 and NY2 from Max level to first level in new projection

I tried to use copy max budget level, but only two years' amounts moved from final level to level one

• Define/Start Budget Projection
• Next Year Budget Entry
• Central Budget Entry

A known defect is causing only Next Year and NY2 to roll amounts from Final level to the first level in new projection

Master work ticket, MUN-383111, has been created and sent to Development to correct the issue and allow all budget years to move copy max budget amounts to the first level int he new projection

Users can use the 'Roll budget year' option to roll budget amounts forward.
