System Administration>Security>User Attributes

1. Click Search
2. Enter User ID
3. Click Accept
4. Highlight Role to grant access to
5. Click Edit Role
6. Click Accounts Payable folder
7. Click Update
8. Click Data Access tab
9. Grant permission Maintain others' unposted invoices
10. Grant permission View others' unposted invoices
11. Grant permission Maintain own unposted invoices
12. Click Accept

Error message: Permissions do not allow you to modify your own unposted invoices

Grant the AP permission View own unposted invoices and the data access Maintain own unposted invoices
