Cause

Data has been exported from Munis and needs to be brought into CAFR

Resolution

Log into CAFR
CAFR Statement Builder > Import Balance or Menu > CAFR Statement Builder > Import Balance
Select Help
- Follow Import Process Overview listed steps
- Review the Setting up the import section for import options available before proceeding forward
  - Override Beginning Balances option ACFR Import

Additional Information

Make a backup of the CAFR database before making any changes that could put data at risk
CAFR Import Status Error 1-99
CAFR Statement Builder Import error 'The import file XXXXX has an invalid field format' - import file was converted after exporting from Munis
The file must be saved as a comma-separated values (CSV) or text (TXT) file by the ERP system
